OKAY I AM NOT SPONSORED IN ANY WAY.
I JUST WANTED TO WRITE THIS BLOG IN ORDER TO LET MORE PEOPLE KNOW HOW AWESOME THEY ARE, AND HOW BEAUTIFUL AND THRILLING THEIR MUSIC IS.
Ah, Oh! Flamingo. Best to hear them while you’re basically anywhere. The vibes of their songs bring you to Cloud 9, a very complex feeling indeed–the feeling of wanting to simply sway back and forth, and actually headbang all the way.
The choices are hard.
Oh! Flamingo WHO?!
They’re an indie-alternative rock band from Manila, Philippines, with Howard Luistro on vocals and rhythm guitar, Pappu de Leon on lead guitar, Billie Dela Paz on bass, and Fries Bersales on drums.
WHY SHOULD YOU LISTEN TO THEM?
There are a million reasons to listen to them. And I think we should start with the music recommendation (MORE LIKE ALBUM PRAISING HOWBOWDUH)

LET THE RECOMMENDATION COMMENCE!
Honestly? If you ask me, this would be my favorite song in the album. The calming melody turning into a headbang-worthy song makes any person rave. Best time to listen? Any time you want to relax and unwind, honestly. This song makes you feel at home, despite the depressing lyrics… which is why I definitely love this song.
The slow melody of the song and the lyrics combine together make a song worthy for eargasm. After hearing the song, the lines “out of sight, out of mind” will echo in your mind and force you to listen for one more time….
Also the energy building towards the end’s really intense you could actually feel your insides jump up and down. Honestly. I felt that inside me. 10/10 would recommend this song.
3. Two Feet
Let me just share one experience I had–I heard this in an art fair in BGC and I freaked and made me jump up and down–since it was such an energetic song, and after hearing the song, NO ONE would resist to rave to this song!
Now THIS song is the good stuff as well. The shifting of the moods and tempo and dynamics just show how awesome their music is. Honestly. You can just sway along in one moment of the song, and then you find yourself banging your head to the beat of the song. SOOO INTENSE.
Ever had a crush? Went unnoticed but later on was noticed? Is this relatable? Then this song is definitely for you. Infatuation is definitely one hell of a story, and well… this song… describes it… in a way you wouldn’t forget.
Also has that tropical vibe that would definitely make your head nod to the beat.
So that’s it! I hope this blog would convince you to listen to at least ONE song of theirs–I swear to the gods that they are SO good. Seriously!
